Returns & Exchange

CONDITIONS

  • Domestic returns are happily accepted on merchandise within 7 business days of receiving your order and within 9 business days for International returns. If returns are received after these dates the item will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
  • To return any items, they must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unaltered with tags attached in original packaging. Please note the return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Any garments returned with make-up, soiled or damaged (that were not visible in our photo library) will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. 
  • Returns and refunds are not available on sale items.
  • All merchandise has been thoroughly checked throughout the making, finishing, photoshoot and packaging to ensure that all merchandise shipped is brand new, undamaged and faultless.  If you believe your item is faulty or damaged we will need to see a photograph to compare with our photo library before a return authorisation number is granted.

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?

STEP 1.   Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order by email to: sales@samanthabailey.com.au  stating the details of the item and the reason for your return. (with a photograph is required)

STEP 2.  If your reason for return is approved, you will receive a Returns Authorisation Number with a form to fill out. Without this Number and completed form the return will not be accepted and the item will be returned at your expense.

STEP 3.   Repackage the item securely including the form above. Please ship via a trackable method and advise the tracking details to the above email address. For security and peace of mind, we recommend that you use an insured registered post to ensure safe and documented delivery, as we are not liable for any lost returned items.

STEP 4.   Once we receive the Returned item – the item will be inspected based on the above Conditions.   If your return complies you will be issued a refund.

Samantha Bailey reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with the Conditions and processes stated above. In the instance your item is not accepted, it will be returned to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
